Service Policies

Don't Panek HVACR provides heating, cooling, and refrigeration services as outlined during your consultation or on your invoice. Any additional work requested may incur additional charges.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to schedule services, provide estimates, and communicate with you about your HVACR needs. Your information is never sold or shared outside of what is required to complete your service or comply with legal obligations. By using our website or services, you consent to this policy. Property Access

Customers must ensure clear access to the property, including water, electricity, and HVAC equipment. Please secure pets and remove obstacles from the work area before your scheduled appointment.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee of $25.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Weather Conditions

Some services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at your earliest convenience.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, third-party payment systems, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments

Payments not received within 7 days of service completion may incur a late fee of $25.

Service Liability

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as loose wiring, fragile HVAC components, or existing ductwork issues.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive equipment or areas that require special attention.

Commitment to Quality

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.

Limitations

The guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control, such as faulty wiring, refrigerant leaks not caused by our work, or equipment malfunctions.
