Service Policies

Don't Panek HVACR provides professional heating, cooling, and refrigeration services as discussed during your consultation or listed on your invoice. All services are performed based on the agreed scope of work. Any additional repairs, adjustments, or services requested outside of the original agreement may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to schedule appointments, provide estimates, complete services, and communicate with you regarding your HVACR needs. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except when required to complete your service or comply with legal obligations. By using our website or services, you consent to this policy. If you have questions regarding how your data is handled, please contact us directly.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property, including access to electrical connections, water sources, and HVAC equipment. Please secure pets, remove obstacles, and clear the work area prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid delays or additional charges.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once scheduled, we will confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text to ensure accurate timing and service details.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee due to reserved time and preparation.

Weather Conditions

Certain services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme or unsafe weather conditions. If weather impacts your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to schedule a new service time.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and approved third-party payment systems. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment.

Late Payments

Payments not received within seven days of service completion may incur a $25 late fee. Continued non-payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts.

Service Liability

While every precaution is taken to protect your property, Don't Panek HVACR is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as faulty wiring, fragile components, aging equipment, or existing ductwork issues.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for informing our technicians of any sensitive equipment, restricted areas, or special conditions that may require additional care or precautions before service begins.

Commitment to Quality

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Limitations

Service guarantees do not cover issues caused by pre-existing damage, improper maintenance, manufacturer defects, or conditions beyond our control, including unrelated refrigerant leaks, electrical failures, or equipment malfunctions.
